b.涂膠：在防火板背面及基材表面均勻涂上強(qiáng)力膠，如果基材表面非常不平整或吸水性極強(qiáng)，手工需上兩次膠以使表面完全布膠。施工時(shí)注意由于季節(jié)、氣候、地區(qū)等原因。各品牌強(qiáng)力膠的揮發(fā)時(shí)間都會(huì)有所不同，根據(jù)強(qiáng)力膠的使用建議，結(jié)合實(shí)際操作及施工備件來決定揮發(fā)時(shí)間，如：使用脫水脲醛膠和白乳膠時(shí)，需要在室溫25-30度的條件下加壓十二個(gè)小時(shí)以上。

b. Glue application: Apply strong glue evenly on the back of the fireproof board and the surface of the substrate. If the surface of the substrate is very uneven or has strong water absorption, it is necessary to manually apply glue twice to fully coat the surface. Pay attention to seasonal, climatic, and regional factors during construction. The volatilization time of various brands of strong adhesive will vary. Based on the recommended use of strong adhesive, combined with actual operation and construction spare parts, the volatilization time will be determined. c.貼板：等干到不粘手市，將防火板小心地放到基板上面，如果粘貼的面積非常大，最好能用木條先間隔著放在基板上面，再將防火板放到基板上，等對(duì)正后再將木條抽出，將防火板一步步地按壓到基板上。然后用流滾輪或抹布用力壓勻，同時(shí)避免殘余的空氣在里面。

c. Board pasting: When it is dry and not sticky, carefully place the fireproof board on the substrate. If the pasting area is very large, it is best to use a wooden strip to place it on the substrate first, then place the fireproof board on the substrate. After aligning, pull out the wooden strip and press the fireproof board step by step onto the substrate. Then use a flow roller or cloth to press evenly, while avoiding residual air inside.

d.修正：等以上的加壓工作做好了，就用修邊機(jī)或10度角之刃將多余的邊切去，最后再用較利的銼刀將接縫銼得圓滑些。千萬注意：只能向下銼，絕不可來回銼，以免切斷面不平整光滑！多余而滲出來的膠應(yīng)該用小塊抹布以及溶劑清理干凈。這樣整個(gè)施工過程就完成了。

d. Correction: Once the above pressurization work is completed, use a trimming machine or a 10 degree blade to cut off the excess edges, and finally use a sharp file to smooth out the seams. Be careful: file downwards only, never back and forth to avoid uneven and smooth cutting surfaces! Excess glue that seeps out should be cleaned with a small cloth and solvent. e.施工環(huán)境要求：一般建議在現(xiàn)場施工將防火板和基板放在同一環(huán)境中48小時(shí)，濕度在45%，不宜高于80%，溫度不低于18攝氏度。
